At this time, we print each design in one specific piece count. The artwork, level of detail, and cut of the puzzle all factor into choosing the size that best suits each design. We release new puzzles three times per year to keep things fresh!

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 anywhere in Canada and the US. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies. Orders ship in 1-2 business days but you might see additional processing time around new product launches. We'll have your puzzles on the way as soon as possible!

Villager Puzzles accepts credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Diner's Club, Discover, and Interac. We also accept payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We accept returns of unopened puzzles within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. To start a return, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com
with your order number and the puzzle(s) you want to return. Returns past the 30-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.

Missing pieces spoil the fun. We encourage you to complete your puzzle as best you can, as they will often turn up in the process! If your puzzle is missing a piece because of a manufacturing error, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com with a photo and we'll be happy to replace your puzzle.

All of Villager's puzzle designs are the result of artist collaborations, no AI here! Currently, we work exclusively with women artists based in Canada. Our annual call for art runs in September. Information will be posted on our website and social media. If you are interested in submitting, you can fill out our Artist Application Form which will ensure you're notified when we hold the next call for art.
