What are the dimensions of your puzzles?

All Villager Puzzles have finished dimensions of 50 by 70 cm or 19.75" by 27.5".

Do you offer puzzles for different age groups or with a different numbers of pieces?

For now, we're keeping things simple and creating puzzles for adults in 1000 pieces. As a small business, we're learning what you like and what you don't. If you'd like to share your feedback, just send a note at hello@villagerpuzzles.com or complete the contact form above.

Are your puzzles made from environmentally friendly materials?

Yes, Villager's puzzles and packaging are printed on 100% recycled paperboard certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and printed using non-toxic vegetable-based inks.

The puzzle I want is sold out – when will you restock?

All Villager puzzles are limited edition prints. Get them while you can! If you want to join our member mailing list to be the first to learn about new puzzle designs, sign up with your email below.

What is the status of my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your junk folder! If you'd like to make a change to your order and it has not yet shipped, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com and we're happy to help!

Do Villager Puzzles ever go on sale?

Yes, we will host the occasional promotion. The best way to be in-the-know is to sign up for our mailing list below.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

If you have a retail store, we offer wholesale pricing. Please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com to open an account.

What are your payment options?

Villager Puzzles accepts credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Discover & Interac, and payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 anywhere in Canada. For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies. Note we only ship within Canada at this time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened puzzles within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. To start a return, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com
with your order number and the puzzle(s) you want to return. Returns past the 30-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.

Does Villager Puzzles ship internationally?

We're just getting started. At this time, we ship to Canada and USA. We do not currently ship internationally but we're working on it!

I’m missing a puzzle piece – now what?

Missing pieces spoil the fun. If your puzzle is missing a piece, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com and we'll be happy to replace your puzzle.

Do you have a wholesale program? How do I sign up to sell Villager Puzzles in my store?

Yes, we do offer a wholesale program for retail stores in Canada. Please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com to open an account.

How can I apply for an artist collaboration with Villager?

All of Villager's puzzle designs are the result of artist collaborations, no AI here! At this time, we are working exclusively with women artists based in Canada. To submit your artwork for consideration, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com with the design you'd like to explore and we'll message you back with collaboration details and timing.
