Is Villager Puzzles available on Faire?
Yes, you can order Villager Puzzles through Faire Direct.
What is the minimum order quantity and pricing structure for retailers?
Once your wholesale application is approved, you will receive a price list of current designs, minimums, pricing and terms.
How often do you release new puzzle designs, and do you offer seasonal or themed collections?
In 2024, Villager has plans to launch three collections in spring, fall & winter.
What are your payment options?
Villager Puzzles accepts credit cards and etransfer at the time of shipping on wholesale orders. Terms may be available when ordering with Faire Direct.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on wholesale orders over $250 anywhere in Canada or USA. For orders under $250, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened puzzles within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. To start a return, please email hello@villagerpuzzles.com
with your order number and the puzzle(s) you want to return. Returns past the 30-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.
Does Villager Puzzles ship internationally?
At this time, we ship wholesale orders to Canada and USA. If your store is outside this area, you can order through Faire Direct.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges for damaged puzzles?
If any puzzles are damaged during shipping, please contact us right away to apply for a store credit.
When will my wholesale order ship?
We will ship within 2 business days of receiving your wholesale order. You will be emailed tracking info directly.
Are there any restrictions on online sales, and can we sell your puzzles through our e-commerce platform?
You are welcome to sell Villager Puzzles on your shop's website. At this time, we are only accepting accounts with a bricks & mortar presence. Retailers are not permitted to sell on third party marketplaces such as Amazon.
