Contract Event Rep – Villager Puzzles

- Scattered Seeds Craft Market at Red River Exhibition Centre – Oct 23-25, 2026
- Third & Bird Christmas Market at Red River Exhibition Centre – Nov 20-22, 2026
We're looking for an outgoing, puzzle-loving human to represent Villager Puzzles at markets, pop-ups, and events! This is a contract role perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a knack for sales, and doesn’t mind a bit of hauling and setup.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and tear down our puzzle booth at events (tables, signage, product—don’t worry, it’s all manageable!)
- Chat with customers, share the story behind our puzzles and artists, and help them find the perfect one
- Process sales and hit those commission-boosting targets
- Keep inventory organized and tidy throughout the day
- Drive to and from events with your own vehicle (we’ll reimburse mileage and parking)
You are:
- Friendly, reliable, and love a good conversation
- Comfortable working solo and making decisions on the fly
- Available for weekend and/or evening events
- Able to lift and carry event materials (around 35 lbs)
- A fan of puzzles, creativity, and supporting Canadian women artists (bonus points!)
